NDIS Services
Emma has extensive experience providing services for NDIS clients including:
- Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
- Assistive Technology (AT) applications and support letters
- Advocating for client needs during reviews/appeals
- Ongoing therapy beyond reports/assessments
We are more than happy to support NDIS participants who have Occupational Therapy in their funding and Self-manage their NDIS plan or are Plan-managed.
Please note we are unable to see participants who are NDIA-managed. If you are unsure about this, please feel free to reach out and ask us to help you.
NDIS Rates
We charge the hourly rate of $193.99 in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26 guide.
The hourly rate includes all time spent on providing services including, but not limited to:
- Clinical assessment, intervention and review
- Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), reports & support letters*
- Liaison with other health professionals in your team
- Researching relevant interventions, AT, aids or equipment
- Assistive Technology (AT) assessment and trials
- Discussion and trials with equipment providers
- Reading medical history or other reports you provide
- Email/phone correspondence with you and/or your team
- Travel** (when applicable)
*Reports/Letters:
Please note that reports will not be provided without prior payment.
**Travel:
We are located in Reservoir. Travel is charged for all clients as per the 2025-26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL) guide - up to 30 minutes each way at 50% of the hourly rate PLUS 99c per km.
Return travel will be charged if you are the only client of the day, or the last client of the day.
Example:
Reservoir to Collingwood is 30 mins / 13km
The charge will be for 30 mins there + 30 mins back (60 mins) = $96.99
PLUS 13kms x 0.99 x 2 = $25.74
Total travel charge = $122.73
